INFORMATION ABOUT THE CASE
William "BJ" Viehl and Alex Hall were arrested Thursday March 5th by the Joint Terrorism Task Force with the FBI. They were indicted by a grand jury for "suspicion" of a raid at a South Jordan, UT, mink farm in August. As well as "suspicion" of an attempted raid at a second mink farm in October. They are being charged with 2 counts of violating the "Animals Enterprise Terrorism Act". With these charges they face a possible 6 years in prison and $350,000 in fines. Please show your support to these activists. There trial was originally set for May 11th 12th and 13th, But was quickly canceled and has not yet been officially rescheduled.
